For the first time, the Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition is offering a Pedal Power program at Fesler Junior High in Santa Maria. During this 6 week course, students get out and explore Santa Maria by bicycle while learning safe riding skills, basic bike maintenance, and self confidence. All participants can EARN a refurbished bike, a helmet, a lock and lights at the completion of 6 weeks.
